A good week for exercise
The Pilates studio I go to was open for some classes on Monday so I went to 4 classes this week instead of my usual Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday. I also walked more than 10K each of the other days of the week. Feel really good about that. Yesterday I took the bus and got off early so instead of walking 2 blocks to work I walked 7 blocks, and on the return trip I took a faster bus, but with a longer walk hom. By the time I got home I was close to 10 K. After dinner we took our usual neighbor evening walk which put me way over 10 K.
